It’s the most reasonable question an injured person can ask: what percentage does an injury lawyer take? Here’s a straight answer, with no fine print.
The standard is one-third to 40% — ours is lower
Most personal-injury firms charge a contingency fee of about 33% to 40% of your recovery, sometimes increasing as a case moves toward trial. That fee pays for everything — including the billboards, TV ads, call centers, and layers of staff that the high-volume firms run.
We keep our overhead low and our caseload small, and we pass that on as a lower contingency fee. More of the final settlement ends up where it belongs: with you.
What “contingency” means for you
- No fee unless we recover for you
- No attorney fees out of pocket while your case is pending
- Everything in writing — the percentage and how costs work, before you sign

We’d rather earn your trust by explaining the fee than win it with a billboard. In your free consultation we’ll walk through exactly what we charge and what to expect.
